Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@redmontstore.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions.

Returns are sent back by mail. For returns of non-defective items, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. There is no restocking fee.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
